Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.
• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Must have 2 years Cardiac Cath Lab and 2 years Interventional Radiology.
Required CRT, Fluoro
Preferred : 6 months RT in Angiographic Interventional area
Will need to help cover Saturdays as regular work day
Scrubs : Gray
BLS must be AHA or ARC. Required for RNs. If hard copy, front and signed back required.
Maximum days off: 3 days
