-Meeting daily quotas
-Maintain RELIABLE AND CONSISTENT attendance
-Abide by all company standards
-Maintain a steady production pace
-Maintenance, care, and manicuring of the plant.
-Maintenance and sanitization of the workplace.
-Constant learning about strains and strategies
-Adapt to different techniques of trimming
