ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Associate Attorney needed to support a thriving and growing Cannabis Law practice. Work with a dynamic team to provide clients with regular legal and industry insights, maintain compliance throughout all stages of business, including cultivation marketing, sales/shipping, understanding complex dynamics of multi-state hemp markets, hemp-specific commercial contracts, regulatory due diligence, and advising in local and state governments and regulatory agencies.

The ideal candidate to have experience in Corporate Services.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience specifically in Cannabis Law
  • Strong organizational and writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team conducting research, preparing legal documents, and performing other duties to ensure clients receive the best and most cost-effective legal solutions.
