City Compassionate Caregivers is looking for candidates who are energetic, caring, and possess a strong cannabis knowledge.
Budtenders primarily assist customers and patients with purchase decisions. They must possess the ability to listen well and communicate effectively with various audiences and well as consistently learn products and develop cannabis education.
Cashiers are primarily responsible for accurate cash handling and use of the POS system as well as providing outstanding customer service.
All are responsible for greeting customers and patients, and creating an exceptional experience for our guests. Teamwork is key – everyone must work together to provide exceptional customer service
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Must adhere to Employee Handbook policies
- Previous retail experience; cannabis sales experience preferred.
- Experience with point-of-sale cashier systems.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division and currency handling skills.
- Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, crouch, and reach for extended time periods
- Must be able to stand for at least 4 hours straight

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
