Clients and partners include Bjork, Childish Gambino, The MET, Mass MoCA, Sol LeWitt, Smithsonian, Brian Eno, Microsoft, rag& bone, The Nobel Foundation, MIT, Ace Hotel, and Bode.The Campaign Producer will internally own the creative production process for the campaign/storytelling scope on assigned projects.Requirements/ResponsibilitiesWork directly with the client to define the scope, budget and delivery schedule for each project, enumerating design and production resource needs.Shepherd each project through the creative development and production process, providing creative insights and strategy guidance to the client and team along the way.Define and execute internal and external stakeholder review processes.Internally communicate with Accounts team & Executive Producer on project creative strategies and overall project status on an ongoing basis.Manage content capture and asset production on each project, generating and enforcing timelines for delivery, managing and executing on client feedback.Coordinate with client, talent, directors and film crews to schedule capture activities.
Create and manage run of show documents, and manage travel requirements as needed.Maintain program and project administration, and internal and external reporting, as required.Learn and use our project management platform, Mavenlink, at an expert level.Qualifications5 years agency experience across progressive, youth skewed brandsResourceful, and able to work independently.Demonstrated ability for storytelling to help build brand stories for client programsDemonstrated keen understanding of digital and social platforms and digital communicationDemonstrated understanding and management of creative assetsConfident communicator with team mates and collaboratorsUnderstanding of the video production, licensing and contracting process from pitch to asset deliveryAda is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
