Call Taker

Our client is a major name in providing physician services and dispatching specialists to hospitals, clinics, and self-help centers throughout the United States. We are seeking bright and energetic Call Center Representatives to join our client’s main call center, located in the city of Canoga Park.

In this call center, you will be responsible for providing support for their Acute Care Service facilities scattered throughout the United States. You will:

  • Act as a liaison between hospital staff, nurses, pharmacies, and providers
  • Triage inbound calls for multiple facilities.
  • Relay any daily schedule changes to staff and management
  • Updating information when needed and relaying any changes to management
  • Entering inbound/outbound calls into the database.

Our client has multiple part-time shifts open. You have the free ability to choose which shift works best for you.

  • Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (10:30 am to 7 pm)

Job Requirements:

If you do well, there is a possibility of growth. If you are looking to get into Medical Billing as a career, doing well here is a good stepping stone for it.

This is what we are looking for in candidates:

  • You are open to CSR work, preferably you have worked in a Call Center before
  • You speak well on the phone
  • You can work the schedules listed above
  • You are organized and can keep up with the required workload.
  • You can handle a fast-paced work environment
