Robert Half is currently working on various remote discovery and case chronolization roles that require candidates to be licensed in California. We have included the details below of this opportunity:
Start Date: ASAP!
Duration: The contract is open ended with no firm end date at this time.
Hours: FT/1st during standard business hours Monday-Friday; possible OT
Pay: $35.00-$40.00/hr.
Location: Remote (however the law firm sits in Century City, Los Angeles)

Responsibilities of Role:
- Various opportunities available including discovery and case chronolization.
- The firm specializes in lemon law
- There are a variety of tasks you could be assigned to. Duties include discovery, law and motion drafting, and trial preparation
- Drafting and responding to discovery, answering interrogatories, submitting pleadings and drafting complaints.
- Assist with discovery response including repair orders and purchases
- Legal research and writing
Job Requirements:
- Must currently be an active member of the CA State bar in good standing
- Experience within civil litigation
- Possess excellent analytical and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to move quickly and accurately in order to assist in this fast-paced/deadline driven environment
- Tech savvy with the ability to navigate through various software programs
