California Code Check (” CCC”) is currently seeking an experienced Building Inspector with jurisdictional experience for a position within the County of Los Angeles area.CCC is a privately owned company providing professional Building and Safety consulting services to Cities and Counties to verify conformance with California Building Codes.EDUCATION: Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in all types of jurisdictional building inspection.LICENSES AND CERTIFICATION: A current certification as an ICC Building Inspector is required.A CA Driver’s License is required.JOB REQUIREMENTS: Perform field inspections during various stages of constructionHave a comprehensive understanding of applicable building codesRead and examine plans and specificationsEstablish and maintain quality working relationships with everyone involvedReport violations and maintain files/recordsPerform other related duties as requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWe offer competitive compensation, depending on experience and certifications.Required education:High school or equivalentJob Type: Full-time
