Adams & Martin Group is seeking an experienced CALIFORNIA Civil Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal (and ALSO an Attorney) for a fully REMOTE opportunity for a NYC based law firm.
You MUST be based in California with significant California litigation experience!
5+ Years of PLAINTIFF’S PERSONAL INJURY experience is a MUST.
The firm handle cases nationwide and are looking to expand our California division.
They are hiring a litigation paralegal with experience working in the California Superior Court/State Court system.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters including filing Complaints, propounding and responding to discovery, preparing pleadings, scheduling and trial preparation.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the electronic filing process in California.
This is a remote, full-time position and only candidates with California experience will be considered.
Responsibilities Assist with case management Organize and electronically file pleadings in California Coordinate and schedule calendars Qualifications 3+ years’ as Civil Litigation Plaintiff’s Paralegal 3+ years of Plaintiff’s Personal Injury experience in a law firm Strong tenure & work history Must have experience filing and handling civil cases in California courts THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE NEED AND THEY WILL BE LOOKING TO INTERVIEW QUICKLY!
Of course, a standard 2-3 week notice period required to give your firm is no problem but they are looking for someone to join the firm soon.
