Busser/Runner
Employee will run trays for servers to guest tables.
They will assist with bussing of tables.
At some functions employee will assist in setting tables for functions and tearing down at end of event.
Employees are expected to report to location fifteen minutes prior to each shift.
They are to be in uniform specified for that function.
Locations of events are usually at convention centers, banquet facilities, corporate kitchens, and stadiums.
All employees must have a CA Food Handler Card or Serv-Safe Certificate.
