ATLA, an Enrique Olvera project moving to the west coast is currently seeking experienced Bussers to join their opening team.
Task and Responsibilities
- Prepare the dining room for guests by cleaning and clothing tables; setting decorations, condiments, candles, napkins, service plates, and utensils.
- Protect establishment and guest by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
- Maintain menu presentation by keeping menus clean; replacing when damaged or soiled,
- Maintain table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; being alert to patron spills or other special needs.
- Support wait staff by setting-up and replenishing condiment stands, trash containers, liners, and bus stations.
- Occasionally serve food to guest
- Adhere to closing duties such as cleaning chairs and tables; sweeping and/or vacuuming floors; removing trash and recyclables from the facility.
- Responsible for bringing dirty plates and glassware to the dishwasher station in an organized manner
- Update job knowledge by participating in staff training opportunities.
- Adhere to all company procedures as it pertains to personal appearance, attendance and conduct
- Follow and complete daily checklists for opening and closing side work duties.
- Maintain an excellent level of cleanliness in all areas of service. This includes having respect for common areas shared with other employees of the restaurant.
- Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge to promote company culture.
- Communicate guest requests/issues to the manager when needed.
- Maintain a hygienic and safe environment at all times.
- Perform inventory responsibilities daily.
- Report the breakage, loss or theft of any restaurant property

Position Requirements
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar role at a full service, fine dining restaurant
- Ability to work a variable schedule, including weekends, and shifts from morning through late night
Compensation: Hourly ($16.78+ Tips)
