Amazing opportunity to work fully remote for one the leading Real Estate companies on the West Coast!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee projects involving the the Yardi ERP system.
- Responsible for business process analysis and documentation of real estate applications/systems.
- Point of contact for implementation of new real estate/leasing applications
- Support and maintain systems for the Accounting, Leasing, and Property Management teams
- Train users on business systems and real estate/leasing applications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years experience working in the Real Estate, Investment, or Banking vertical.
- 2+ years of experience supporting Real Estate Applications/Systems (Yardi, VTS, Proper Capsule)
- In-depth knowledge of Project Management Methodology (PMM)
- Understanding of SQL Server and the ability to read/write SQL queries
- Strong documentation skills
Plus:
- Experience in Investment Management (Yardi IM)
