Our client is hiring an IT Business Analyst with some project management experience to join their team in Century City/West Los Angeles.
Experience with business processes in the following area will be huge plus: HR Systems, Finance Systems, CRM (Salesforce), Concur, Custom Applications built on .Net, C#, Angular, and Intermediate level SQL skills.
Responsibilities:
Documents and organizes current business processes Work with team to gather, analyze and compile business process needs Create process, models, specifications, diagrams and charts on current business processes as well as individual projects Manage and track the status of the requirements throughout the project life cycle, enforce and redefine as necessary Assist in streamlining and improving software development life cycle process Develop test case scenarios base on project requirements Assist and conduct user acceptance testing when needed Perform related duties as required and assigned Demonstrates behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in the field of Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance or Information Systems with 2-3 years related work experience Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to translate business requirements to technical specifications Relational database knowledge and the ability to write basic T-SQL statements Agile, waterfall SDLC understanding and experience is a plus Cloud based implementation/support of Salesforce, Workday, or Concur is a plus Any programming languages such as C#, .net, HTML is a plus
Preferred:
Agile, waterfall SDLC understanding and experience is a plus Business process knowledge of one or more in following area: HR Systems, Finance Systems, CRM (Salesforce), Concur Intermediate level SQL skills
