Business Operations Coordinator

The Central Operations department is a critical component of VideoAmp’s internal ecosystem working to push the company’s future growth into overdrive.

Supporting the Business Operations division of the team, this role requires a detail-obsessed, analytically-driven and mission-oriented coordinator to help fuel our goal of going “To the Moon!”.

You’ll work with our Director of Business Operations on this undertaking and every day will be different.

As you learn our business, your day-to-day can include anything from assisting on data-driven workstreams to participating on special projects.

The ideal candidate is an adept and natural self-starter, eager to join a resourceful and solutions-oriented team in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment helping build efficiencies and scale our Vampers for success.  

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Develop a firm understanding of the systems and processes utilized across the business
  • Custom data pulls, aggregations and analyses for internal clients within tight deadlines
  • Ad-hoc improvements and maintenance across various process projects and efforts
  • Manage reporting data structures in Business Operations owned systems to serve as sources of truth for reporting across the business
  • Documentation of process initiatives, creating detailed best practices and associated materials
  • Assist in tracking, communication and managing progress of projects
  • Support role in process improvement and systems scoping initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Analytical mindset with a love for bringing out the best in a dataset  
  • Able to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
  • Highly organized and systematic, with an acute attention to detail and ability to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy
  • Possess excellent time management and prioritization skills, capable of juggling multiple workstreams at once 
  • Capable of working as part of a high-level team while also working independently on mission-critical tasks
  • Suited to thrive in a changing environment and to juggle and prioritize multiple initiatives
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and G Suite applications

Today the industry standard tools are usually designed where connectivity and applications of consumer data sets often come with negative trade off for consumer privacy or security risks of leaking private data.
