Business Operations Analyst

Description AccuFleet International is seeking an Operations Analyst to assist in the analysis and reporting of operational and financial data required for the decision-making of our management team.

This position will report directly to the CFO and a dotted line to the Performance, Quality & Technology department.

Local Houston candidates ONLY No relocation available Primary job responsibilities will include: Utilizing technology to improve the collection of financial & operational data Developing & maintaining reports to summarize, analyze and present financial/operations data Performing monthly and real-time analysis of operational data and segment financial data to help identify operating efficiencies and enhance financial performance Serving as a resource and providing support as needed to Operations Managers located throughout the U.S.

Additional projects may include: Performing financial pro forma modeling as needed Researching and evaluating prevailing market conditions and strengths/weaknesses of potential competitors Assisting in analysis & evaluation of new business opportunities Assisting in formulation and evaluation of new company bids/contracts Assisting with various projects as needed Qualifications: BBA in Accounting or Finance Minimum of 2 years “real world” experience in Finance/Accounting Strong analytical skills and financial/business acumen Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines Expert level MS Excel skills and general proficiency with other MS Office applications Experience in financial modeling and analysis is preferred Experience with Sage Intacct or similar accounting software is preferred Proficient skills in planning, organizing, and customer service/relationship building Excellent written/verbal communication skills, strong work ethic and a sense of humor are required FULL Benefit package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, AD, Vacation/Sick time, Holidays, and 401k No staffing firms allowed.
