Business Office Assistant

Job DescriptionJob Summary: This position supports the lead business office representative in maintaining member’s accounts, providing financial reports to management and Atrium Navicent Financial Services, preparing daily bank deposits.

Also provides additional support staff to Member Service Representatives working the Wellness Center Front Desk.

This position serves as basis to future transition for lead business office representative position.Essential Functions Reconciling daily transactions with financial reports.

Preparing daily financial reports for lead business office representative and Atrium Health Navicent Financial Services Maintain member accounts including change of payment information such as bank and/or credit card, membership status changes, address changes, A/R Collections via email, phone calls for past due accounts Scan and update all membership documents and liaison with lead business office representative and lead exercise physiologist where necessary.
