We are looking for an Business Loan Processor I responsible for preparing loan files, assisting with funding/closing of loans, and collaborating with real estate to complete the loan boking process.
This person will also be responsible for performing portfolio servicing duties including providing other general support to the Business Services department.
Typical Responsibilities:
Prepare loan files for underwriting and update loan pipeline report.
Previewing loan package for completeness from the borrower.
Ordering required third party reports and monitoring third party sites for reporting status updates.
Assist business loan processor with the funding and closing of loans.
Coordinating with cross-departmental team members and third party vendors on loan funding and closing.
Reviewing signed loan document package for completion and verifying all required documents are signed appropriately.
Ensuring all loan files have been created, have the appropriate trailing items (i.e.
Insurance, DMV registration/title, real estate title policies, post-closing conditions, recorded documents), and meets all retention guidelines.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years’ experience at a financial institution in a role working with financial products and services.
Experience in prioritizing and organizing work, handling multiple tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
