We have worked on a myriad of major events in entertainment with our staple event being SKAM Summer Music Summit, a three-day LA takeover with hosted events and pop ups around Hollywood & West Hollywood featuring some of the most nostalgic names in music such as Warren G, Nick Cannon, and Lil Jon.

We are growing and looking for a creative, focused, and energetic Business Development Executive with excellent communication skills and experience in account management, sales, and strategy to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing client relationships, generating leads, and establishing new industry partnerships. The ideal candidate requires strong organizational skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, a high level of initiative and enthusiasm, and a passion for moving culture forward.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in revenue generation and is in search of the right opportunity to step into a leadership role, working with a company from the ground up!

*ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:*

* Develop new opportunities to expand business
* Lead generation
* Strong understanding of company services as well as consistent market research to keep business competitive
* Develop new and improved sales methods
* Collaborate with team on marketing intiatives and content ideas
* Attend events and act as an ambassador for the brand
* Managing freelancers and taskers to execute digital initiatives
* Willing to travel (25%)

Skills and Qualifications

* 3+ years experience in sales/business development role – preferably with an agency
* Strong relationships across entertainment and/or spirits industry (Key markets)
* Must be LA based
* Interest in culture-forward projects, diversity, and impact (work related experience not needed here, just passion!)
* Energetic, social, go-getter

Pay: $1,000.00 – $10,000.00 per month
