Business Development Executive

Role

Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Business Development Executive will be responsible for growing new sales within the Greater Los Angeles market for the company.

This individual will be responsible for maintaining and increasing sales revenue by aggressively seeking new customers, through various forms of lead generation including cold calling, referrals, networking, social selling etc.

This individual will also collaborate with the Director of Sales and the leadership team corporate to provide and lead an overall growth strategy for the region.

Responsibilities

Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Grow a presence in territory market through cold calling, established contacts and new
contacts.
Combine sales and prospecting skills to recommend profitable solutions that expand our business collectively.
Manage initiatives in the assigned territory, including service offerings, recommend
pricing and establish sales strategy while following company policies and objectives.
Establish realistic new contract expectations with a mindfulness to KPI’s.
Collaborates with Area Operation Team Managers.
Ability to work collaboratively across various functions to get results.
Strong problem solving, analytical, organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
Ability to understand customer perspectives, as well as work effectively with customer-facing organizations.
Oversight of Territory/Market/Team functions, development, and sales.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or related field
5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
Quick learner, highly inquisitive, ambitious, self-starter.
Goal-oriented.
Strong record of success in previous employment.
Effective verbal, written communication, presentation skills with diverse audiences.
Be polite and respectful with clients, guests, and co-workers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, Salesforce, or similar products.
Skilled in lead generation including cold calling, referrals, networking, social selling etc.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00
– $140,000.00 per year

Monday to Friday
