Business Development Professional for US Equity Manager
An independent, boutique U.S equity manager, located on the West Coast, seeks a business development professional with experience and skill set in the institutional market, which includes consultants, direct institutional asset owners, and the sub-advisory space.
With current AUM at $800-$900 million, the investment manager uses a value-oriented investment approach with focus on small
– and mid-cap companies.
The selected candidate will have meaningful strategic flexibility-they will be the sole marketer and will share client service responsibilities with one other professional.
The key qualities we seek include a high-energy level, the ability to understand an equity investment process, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
MBA and/or CFA preferred.
Being local would be a plus, however, the right individual would have geographic flexibility.
