Business Development Executive

Key Account BD or Sales Manager/Executive We are looking for a skilled Key Account BD or Sales Manager/Executive to perform outside sales with company’s main target customers, such as Amazon, Google, Facebook, Microsoft hardware ODM market, and to oversee the relationship of the company with the main target customers.

You will be responsible for business development and managing all BD and sales related activities with the given key accounts, including planning, forecasting and preparing sales and marketing plans and budgets, reporting accurate market conditions, keeping and tracking sales record, providing all necessary effort to increase profitable sales by following the company’s long-term target and policy.

You will be also responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key accounts by comprehending their requirements.

The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the ability to create a strong network internally as well as within our partner organizations.

Relying on interpersonal skills, excellent communication capabilities and the proven ability to execute strategy via comprehensive, result focused account plans to achieve success.

Main Responsibilities Executing business development, sales strategies Setting and monitoring sales targets Conducting competitive analyses that align with company goals Responsible for successfully negotiating contracts Directly manage the company’s key accounts (Amazon, Google, Facebook, Microsoft) hardware ODM market in a professional manner Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term success Network with priority accounts to identify and address specific needs Act as the liaison between priority clients and internal teams to ensuring clients’ requirements are met Staying up-to-date with internal and external developments and suggest new ways to increase sales Performing all duties and maintains all standards in accordance with company policies and procedures Required Skills Have min of 5 years’ experience of business development or sales experience with the target customers and knowledge with managing the key accounts BD experience with Amazon, Google, Facebook, and/or Microsoft as well as in the hardware ODM market is highly preferred Experience working in the industry of telecommunication is a strong plus Demonstrate a passion for understanding practices, trends, technology affecting our business, industry and marketplace Leverage understanding of key business drivers, i.e.

customers, competitors and company to drive results Ability to develop sound and profitable contracts that fits within our guidelines Takes action to proactively resolve issues and identify improvements Demonstrates ability to synthesize data to accurately assess and find actionable solutions Ability to work independently while being a team player Ability to establish good relationships with customers, collaborate effectively at all levels Flexibility to travel as needed Valid driver’s license is required Work location is flexible
