We are actively recruiting for a Business Development Associate to join the agency and help drive best business practices that lead to significant and continued growth.

Helping lead growth activity within the agency, you will be responsible for educating intended parents thinking about working with Circle Surrogacy to fulfill their dreams of building a family and convert those leads to clients.

The Business Development Associate role is ideal for someone in business development, who enjoys helping people, and collaborating with a team to continuously improve best lead generation practices which directly impact the effectiveness and efficiency of an organization.

Job Responsibilities:
Serve as a key member of the New Parent Intake team to assist in driving quicker and more efficient initial responses to intended parents Work with LGBTQ+ community members to assist in the education of specific LGBTQ+ family building resources Make direct outbound phone calls to new leads, answer key questions about surrogacy and family building within the LGBTQ+ community, and determ ine the appropriate course of action for intended parents Use CRM system to monitor pipeline for new prospects, and perform additions, modifications, and updates as necessary to ensure system is up to date Schedule and conduct pre-consultation calls to educate intended parents on surrogacy as well as qualify IPs for consultations Schedule consultations for outreach team monthly, set up calendar entries, collect form from intended parents , and conduct confirmation follow ups Manage various time zones while scheduling calls and consultations for both domestic and international intended parents Willing to work weekends and evenings to fill time gaps accommodating contacting new leads of various time zones, within a reasonable timeframe Minimum Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field Minimum 2-3 years of sales enablement and operations experience for new prospects and existing customers ; co mprehensive knowledge of sales policies, procedures, and best practices Proficient in CRM applications, preferably Salesforce Strong written and verbal communication skills D etail orientated and strong organizational skills A quick learner and team player who is also able to work independently Ability to be empathetic and sympathetic to others Friendly and easy to work withconsistently have the proper mood and an accepting attitude Ability to empathize with the challenges facing our clients Flexible, adaptable, and willing to do what it takes to get the job done
