Job Description

Avante Capital Partners is looking to hire a Business Development Analyst / Associate to join its growing Los Angeles office starting immediately. The new team member will play a key role in all aspects of the firm’s business development and marketing efforts including:

  • Helping to formulate business development and marketing strategies including the tracking and evaluation of current marketing efforts.
  • Manage client information database and maintain information system to find detail records quickly and accurately.
  • Design, write and edit content for different platforms including LinkedIn, website, and press releases.
  • Manage internal and external approvals process for all marketing materials.
  • Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs.
  • Managing marketing materials, including website, fact sheets, deal announcements, etc. to build an effective and consistent brand image.
  • Cultivating and managing new deal source relationships including private equity sponsors and investment banks.

  • Undergraduate college degree with strong academic record
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent U.S. work authorization is required
  • Experience in Salesforce recommended but not required
  • Experience in digital marketing or graphic design (Adobe Suite/Canva) ideal but not required
  • Ideally 1-3 years of relevant work experience, but open to mature candidates with less direct experience
  • Position is located in Los Angeles, but remote hires will be considered
