Business Analyst – Workday

Non-profit organization in West Los Angeles is looking for a Business Analyst with Workday Financials experience.

In this position, the Business Analyst will work closely with various departments, conducting report building, system modeling, and configuration.

The Business Analyst will also conduct data mining and extraction projects, analyze grant reporting and payroll modules, perform market analytics utilizing various databases, as well as design reporting tools.

The Business Analyst will also perform ad hoc reporting, financial modeling, analysis of corporate metrics, as well as lead business efficiency initiatives.

Qualified candidate will need to have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field.

MBA is extremely preferred, but not required.

Must have at least 2 years of Workday Core Financials system modeling and configuration experience
– particularly grants, awards, expense, timekeeping.

Must have advanced Excel skills.

Other ERP/financial reporting system background is a plus.

Must have solid understanding of finance processes.

Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills are critical.
