Business Analyst

As a Beyond Business Analyst, you will work in an environment that values culture, communication, and transparency.

You will work closely with key stakeholders and cast a compelling vision for your agile team.

You will collaborate daily with other Business Analysts, Product Managers, internal customers, and leaders throughout the organization.

You and your team will own and evolve our sales and servicing platform.

Furthermore, you will have a passion for taking on whatever new business problem or opportunity is next around the corner for you and your team to ascend.

What You Will Do Work closely with business stakeholders, and end-users to gain a shared understanding of the business opportunities and problems to solve.

Collaborate daily with the other Business Analysts, Product Managers and leaders within the Product and Delivery departments Cast a compelling vision that aligns to your teams roadmap.

Assist with identifying and coordinating cross team dependencies.

Motivate and inspire your team to deliver greatness.

Manage your teams backlog and the refinement of user stories.

Monitor your teams support queue and triage support cases.

Review and accept user stories.

Show strong initiative and willingness to step into different roles, to help your team be successful.

Gain a deep understanding of Salesforce and other systems your team owns and supports.

Hold your team accountable to continuously delivering value and solving business problems.

Skills And Experience 5 years experience in a Business Analyst/Product Owner position (or similar role).

2 years experience working in a Lean-Agile, team oriented environment.

Comfortable and experienced with writing SQL queries and performing data analysis.

Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention-to-detail.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Very detailed oriented.

Prior experience working with Salesforce preferred.
