Business Analyst (SharePoint expeirence need)
FTE Direct Hire Role – Global Professional Services Firm
(Blended Onsite role in Downtown Los Angeles – Must be LOCAL)
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between departments and stakeholders
- Provide weekly reports on the development of new and existing projects
- Document any questions and feedback provided by departments and stakeholders
- Create, administrate, and maintain the SharePoint sites
- Work on the SDCL process
- Collaborate with the Vender Management team when evaluate new solutions and technologies
- Act as a Project Manager when need
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience working in a Business Analyst or Project Management role
- Experience creating, maintain, and administrating SharePoint sites (2+ years)
- Hands on experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Must possess strong skills in both documentation and communication
- In-depth understanding of business process and legacy systems
- Strong familariaty of the SDCL process
- Proficient with the MS Office Suite
