Reporting to: Manager, Business Operations & Analysis
We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and creative individual that is looking to make an impact in a fast-paced environment. The 3DEO team is a high-performance group that is experiencing rapid growth. To keep pace with this exciting trajectory, 3DEO is looking to hire an extremely detail oriented and energetic individual who can continue to innovate on a variety of business operations processes.
The Business Analyst will work with all aspects of 3DEO?s business operations and work directly with the members of the sales and marketing teams to implement and track all sales processes.
Specifically, the Business Analyst will:
- Create reports and dashboards tracking sales and marketing activity
- Identify and eliminate sales and marketing bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions and performance
- Maintain data integrity within the various CRM tools in place
- Document and optimize sales processes and infrastructure
- Construct process maps and workflows where appropriate
- Maintain sales and marketing policies, procedures, and training materials.
Qualifications & Experience:
A Bachelor of Science is required, preferably in a business field. The Business Analyst will preferably have 0-2 years of experience and meet the following characteristics:
- Demonstrated understanding of data integrity, data reporting, and data analysis
- Track record of transforming datasets into digestible, actionable information
- Extremely organized with developed time-management skills
- Thorough and exacting in attention to detail with strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Excel with experience in creating dynamic spreadsheets for analysis
- Adept at utilizing software organizational tools such as Windows, MS Office, and G Suite
- Familiarity with sales and marketing KPIs
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- High level of proficiency in customer resource management (CRM) software, particularly Salesforce and/or HubSpot is a plus
