Title Business Analyst Location Los Angeles, CA (Remote till Covid) Job Type Full – Time Job Description Key Responsibilities Excellent Payment domain skills preferably in Wires Cross Border Payments SWIFT Experience working in capacity of Business Analysis in the Payments Space Preferred Proven analytical skills Ability to understand Business requirements appreciate the pain areas and create stringent test coverage plan Should also possess understanding of Collections Receivables and Liquidity Knowledge of and experience of working with multiple Payment schemes across the world Familiarity with regulations like PSD AML OFAC Should be able to lead guide and monitor the analysis design implementation and execution of the test cases test procedures and test suites and helping to deliver large and complex projects In depth understanding of Functional Testing Regression Testing Adhoc Testing System Integration Testing smoke Testing Understand the concepts and requirement and Prepare test cases for validation Leading team meetings and assigning action items to team members following up along the way until the deadline for each project Plan and track detailed activities for implementation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders Very good knowledge of Creating Test plan Estimation and reporting Bringing the automation expertise in automating the testing process Acts as a subject matter expert for the team answering questions and providing guidance for all team projects Ability to communicate effectively good presentation skills Good written communications desirable Perform as mentor and coach resources Provide input and guide staffing process Flexible to handle Waterfall and Agile projects simultaneously Proven experience exposure in transformation initiatives like reduction is Cost of Quality Shift left Early Detection Technical Experience 7 years of experience in both manual and automation testing Preference on Java Selenium testing Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback Good domain knowledge particularly on Payments Cash Liquidity Management Loan Processing Experience on Test design development automation execution documentation and debug Experience with Agile preferably in Scrum Model Creating detailed comprehensive and well structured test plans and test cases Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
