Job Description: Assist in applying common best practices for the industry to the customer using a knowledge base to create conceptual business models and to identify relevant issues and considerations in selecting application software packages.

Assess the operational and functional baseline of an organization and its organizationalcomponents, andhelp to define the direction and strategy for an engagement while ensuring the organizational needs are being addressed.

Typical areas addressed include Human Resources, Finance, Supply, and operations.

Identify information technologyinadequacies and/or deficiencies that affect the functional area’s ability to support/meet organizational goals.

Support the development of functional area strategies for enhanced IT.

The candidate will work for the engineering division that supports developing and managing an enterprise service application.The candidate will work closely with customers, engineering, support, and administrative teams in an agile environment to understand business requirements and create business workflows to meet objectives.

Responsibilities: Develop an in-depth understanding of customer requirements to create complex business flow diagrams.

Work closely with product owners and managers to convert business requirements into agile epics and stories.

Manage and keep product backlog up-to-date and ensure stories are elaborated before planning events.

Prepare backlog and run meetings during Big Room Planning events to elaborate, defineaccurate acceptance, prioritize, size and schedule stories into sprints.

Work closely with SCRUM master to record ongoing changes to the user stories as they are being analyzed, designed and implemented during the sprints.

Manage the roadmap and sprint reports by keeping epics and stories correctly tagged and status up to date.

Basic Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

Minimum 2 years of experience with agile software development and agile SDLC.

Minimum 1 year of experience with JIRA story tracking tool.

High School Diploma/GED Preferred Qualifications: Working with customers and communicating on cross-team initiatives.

Presenting and running meeting during Big Room Planning events.

Working with BPM (Business Process Management) tools; Appian experience a plus.

Wireframe and advanced process flow tools Atlassian suite (Confluence, Jira) Business Analysis Certification(ECBA,CCBA,CBAP) Proficient with giving presentations and customer service oriented.

Proficient with managing and updating project documentation.

Confluence experience is a plus Ability to communicate complex technical problems to a non-technical audience.

Experience with federal government systems, a plus.

Self-starter with strong self-management skills.

Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.

Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

Passion and drive for learning new technologies and practices.

Detail oriented across multiple teams, while keeping in mind the client’s overall priorities and the big picture.

Adaptable, dependable, and independent.

Additional Certification Plus: PMI-PBA, PMI-ACP, or CSPO As required by Colorado Law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act,Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado.

Actualcompensation is influenced by a wide array of factors includingbut not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specificoffice location.
