Business Analyst 3

SCOPE OF WORK The resource will report to the Medicaid CHIP IT Contracts Oversight Manager.

The Worker will be responsible for gathering, developing, mapping interfaces and business processes to support the modernization and removal of legacy SAVERR values within the TIERS outbound interfaces to internal and external trading partners.

The Worker will assist the Project Manager in this analysis.

The responsibilities include: Working with the IT Project Managers (PMs) to create interface mapping documents.

Working with the various stakeholders and PM to facilitate discussions.

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS 10 years’ required to have excellent time management skills 10 years’ required capable of making quick and effective decisions 10 years’ required excellent communication skills 10 years’ required outstanding interpersonal skills 10 years’ required experience with Medicaid programs within the state of Texas 7 years’ required experience with Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) 10 years’ preferred knowledge of Software Development 6 years’ preferred experience in the role of a Business Analyst 6 years’ preferred experience with documentation of projects/processes 5 years’ preferred experience with SharePoint 3 years’ preferred experience with implementation and transition of complex IT projects All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
