Each Broker Assistant is a vital member of our production teams, providing:
  • Provides assistance to marketing brokers and producing broker with administrative activities related to both renewal and new business accounts
  • Assists the service associates with maintaining high quality service standards by managing policy issuance and assisting with policy checks
  • Preparation of manuscript forms
  • File organization and maintenance (in a paperless environment)
  • Manage the full-time servicing responsibilities of both new and renewal business
We are looking for people with:
  • Property/casualty insurance experience, preferred
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Willingness and ability to go above and beyond to help and provide value to team
  • Organization, planning, time management
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to work in high pressure situations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to apply feedback in order to improve performance
  • Consistent dependability, promptness, and excellent people skills
