Avocado Green Brands is seeking a highly creative Brand Social Strategist who will develop and execute social media strategy, influencer partnerships, and content creation across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest for fashion and beauty categories.
Our ideal candidate has a passion for sustainability and is a creative team player, is naturally organized and detail-oriented, and has lots of experience creating brand-related social content to strategically drive consideration, engagement, sales, and loyalty.
Responsibilities: Full-time position based in Los Angeles with remote and in-office flexibility as well as event opportunities Serve as an on-the-ground brand liaison, showing real-time behind-the-scenes activity and connecting our community with our team and mission; Create and maintain an editorial calendar across multiple social brand channels, telling stories that are aligned to our brand marketing campaigns Write copy that is engaging and on-brand ?
Create visually appealing and intriguing content (design, photography, video content creation skills are a bonus) Handle day-to-day community management Support the teams influencer marketing program Establish a data-driven approach to inform and build overall social strategy to increase awareness and engagement Weekly and monthly reporting per channel Work closely with our Brand Team to collaborate on overall social strategy and content creation that is aligned with our brand marketing campaigns Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in related field 3-5 years of social media management and/or content creation experience, preferably in the fashion or beauty space A passion for social media and an understanding of the digital landscape A proven interest in keeping up-to-date with developments in platforms, applications, the latest trends, and culturally relevant moments
