Brand Ambassador – West Coast

ZIMMERMANN is currently seeking a Brand Ambassador, West Coast to join our Wholesale Team on a full-time basis.

Based in Los Angeles, California and reporting to our Wholesale Manager, Americas, this role will be responsible for creating and cultivating brand awareness as the main liaison between our New York Head Office and key wholesale partners such as Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Intermix and Nordstrom in the West Coast territories.

The successful candidates’ responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new clients, expanding existing client sales, and drive overall sales for the brand.

Enhance the customer experience within the network to exceed sales goals by educating customers on the brand and product and creating emotional connections with customers.

Manage client and customer relationships including the development of new potential customer database.

Establish and cultivate strong relationships with personal shoppers, stylists, sales and floor personnel.

Identify and coordinate in store marketing initiatives Build positive partnerships, maintain consistent communication with store associates and store managers.

Maintain visual presentation of brand, balance inventory level, monitor new product arrival, execute and communicate promotions and product placement updates.

Work closely with VM Manager, VP of Wholesale, Americas and Wholesale Manager, Americas to develop service strategy and weekly priority tasks and ensure any store/product opportunities, meet sales goals and maintain consistent communication.

Communicate and train the store team(s) and personnel on the brand, key products and technologies, fit, fabrication, and styling of all product.

Report key findings and product feedback to VP of Wholesale, Americas, Wholesale Manager, Americas and President through proactive store visit reports to identify product needs by style and size, opportunities for growth, and creative ideas to enhance customer engagement.

Fortnightly Retail store shifts to connect with stores, product and customers and the occasional additional shift if retail needs extra coverage.

Work with VM Manager, VP of Wholesale, Americas and Wholesale Manager, Americas to establish weekly, monthly and seasonal VM direction customized to each Customer and Door Buy.

Secure optimal brand exposure when opportunity arises via mannequins, visual display, windows.
