Brand Ambassador (Promotions & Outreach Associate)

Position Overview:

The Brand Ambassador, or Promotions & Outreach Associate, assists with developing, maintaining, and promoting effective relationships between customers, clients and the Columbia Care/Project Cannabis dispensaries & wholesale business, resulting in increased revenue across business lines.

The incumbent serves as the primary Brand Ambassador for our brands including 777, Classix and The Plug at Patient Appreciation Days, Dispensaries and other industry events.

The incumbent will be responsible for developing educational materials, swag inventory coordination, social media and communicating current promotions to customers.

Major Areas of Responsibility include:
Driving foot traffic into the dispensary while tracking data & sales reporting
Serve as the face of our brands (777, The Plug, Classix, Seed & Strain & more)
Communicate with customers and patients about our brands and highlight promotions
Establish, maintain and Leverage vendor partnerships to drive sales and profit
Driving positive product quality and dispensary experience perceptions
Creating product awareness with existing and new patients
Building an engaged network through digital channels
Create and Manage local social media accounts/presence
Communicating activities and programs through digital and social channels
Create digital and written content that builds and promotes branding
Collaborate with community vendors to create branding swag, in-store signs and décor
Adherence to all state-specific regulations and laws
Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):
Experience in cannabis promotions and outreach preferred
Strong understanding of community outreach programs and an ability to leverage to drive KPI’s
Strong interpersonal skills
Solid business acumen, management reporting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills required
Ability to prepare written reports and correspondence, and presentations to leadership as required
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships in order to gain support and achieve results both internally and externally
Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions in a manner consistent with confident leadership
Ability to organize and prioritize work
Must be able to travel as necessary
Local Travel %: 50%
