We are looking for an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to be the face of our company and promote our products and services.

As a Brand Ambassador you will help build stronger relationships with our retail partners and their customers through In-Store Demos, Budtender Trainings, Industry Expos and Events.
While this job is part-time, it’s one of the biggest roles in our company.
We are looking for positive, outgoing individuals who can handle themselves in new settings and are comfortable connecting with strangers for hours at a time.
You should be an excellent social media user, with the ability to advertise our products and answer client queries online.
The majority of your work will come through the in-store demos, where your main goal will be to increase our company’s brand awareness and generate new sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
Work several in-store demonstrations/trainings a week
Travel to/video conference with our Sales & Marketing Teams in Santa Rosa once every two weeks
Create a Cannabis Friendly Social Medi Account and Post about our upcoming events & products online (e.g.
social media and forums)
Create, share and respond to online reviews
Participate in trade shows as a spokesperson for our company
Network and build trusting relationships with potential customers
Thoroughly understand our products and services to inform potential customers
Use word-of-mouth marketing techniques, like referring our company to friends
Monitor online comments and respond or forward to the Marketing department
Assist in organizing marketing events
Track customers’ preferences and suggest advertising and positioning ideas
Provide feedback to the Marketing and Product departments regarding customers’ requests
Track and report on competitors’ marketing activities
Report retailer inventory and product placement to the Sales & Marketing Teams
Educate Customers/Budtenders/Purchasers about new products, company opportunities or marketing campaigns
Transport and set up all promotional material to and from the dispensary (swag, table, marketing collateral, etc…)
Skills/Requirements
Ability and willingness to work weekends
Reliable Transportation
Extensive knowledge of Cannabis Flower and Products
Proven work experience as a Brand Ambassador, Promoter or similar role
Strong social media presence on multiple platforms
Experience creating online content
Familiarity with scheduling tools for social media, like Hootsuite and Buffer
Excellent communication skills
Professional attitude
An outgoing, friendly personality, and a desire to meet new people
Experience in retail sales is a plus
Must be 21 and over to work in the cannabis industry
Travel will be compensated: $0.58
