If so, then we want you on our team Paid time off Holidays Medical, Dental, and Retirement benefits Competitive wages Work schedule: M-F, first shift The primary responsibilities of the position consist of, but are not limited to: Answering and directing telephone calls/messages to appropriate personnel Greeting customers and vendors Order office & kitchen supplies Mail processing Maintaining proper inventory of literature Provide support to the administrative & sales staff Assist with coordination of internal employee & training events Incorporate Alta’s Guiding Principles into daily activities Performs other duties as assigned Consistent, regular, and reliable attendance including being ready for work at the designated start time Desired Skills and Qualifications: 1 year of receptionist experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional customer service skills and a professional personal presentation Attention to detail (proof reading, editing, etc.) Positive, friendly and bubbly personality is a must have Outstanding phone skills Computer Skills
– Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Language Skills
– Basic: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

Ability to write simple correspondence.

Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations, to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills
– Basic: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Ability to compute rate, ratio, percentage, and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability
– Basic: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Physical Demands/Work Environment: Physical/Sensory Functions: Regularly will sit, use hands, talk/hear; Frequently will stand, walk; Occasionally will reach with arms Vision Requirements: Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less) Lift and/or Move Functions: Occasionally will lift up to 25 pounds Culture is Job 1.
