Braemar Country Club: Assistant Membership

Membership Assistant The Membership Assistant is responsible for assisting with administrative and sales support tasks relating to Membership.

In the absence of Membership Director, the Membership Assistant meets with prospects, obtain information, answers questions and gives club tours.

Responsibilities Provides support for the Club Manager and the club’s executive and accounting offices as directed Preparation of weekly sales and membership reports as required by accounting department Assist in maintaining membership files ensuring the completion of all required forms Initiate requests for and distribute new member cards and membership resignations and any resulting refunds Assist with accounting, collections, and other departmental needs Job Requirements Computer knowledge required.

Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and Excel Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills 2-3 years office experience required Sales or Private Club background preferred 4 year degree preferred High school diploma or equivalent required
