Figura Media / Brazil Production Services (aka BPS), a TV and film production services company focused on the Brazilian market, is searching for an experienced Bookkeeper to manage and complete all financial management and bookkeeping for a growing enterprise.
The position is responsible for AR, AP, monthly reconciliations, invoicing, budgeting, payroll processing, and other bookkeeping and administrative duties as needed.
The Bookkeeper is a year-round, permanent, part-time position that requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per month, with the possibility of working remotely.
Requirements: candidates must be proficient in Quickbooks, Microsoft Office and Google Docs; speak fluent English and Portuguese; posses exceptional organizational skills; strong ability and preference to work independently/autonomously with a self-starting attitude, an entrepreneurial spirit; an understanding of Brazilian culture is a plus.
