Bookkeeper

Law Firm in Downtown Los Angeles is looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our team.

This is a part time position with a flexible schedule.

This position will continue to increase in required hours as the firm grows and may evolve into a full-time position.

The bookkeeper will be someone who has the drive to be proactive within the Firm to continuously grow and expand their skills, and who efficiently represents the Firm’s vision through their performance.

A minimum three years of related work experience, preferably with law firms, is required.

The ideal candidate must have the knowledge, skills and abilities related to bookkeeping, and be familiar with QuickBooks.

Duties include, but are not limited to: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Account Reconciliations, and financial reporting.

The candidate must be detail oriented, highly trustworthy, and organized.

Qualifications:
Excel, 1 year (Preferred) Bookkeeping, 2 years (Required) General Accounting, 1 year (Preferred) QuickBooks Pro 21.0, 1 year (Required) Strong attention to detail Superior data entry skills Excellent analytical skills Works with minimal supervision
Job Description:
Maintain company file in QuickBooks, including customer invoices and vendor bills.

Monitor all office spending and detailed allocation to client costs advanced.

Create/review monthly/quarterly/annually profit and loss and balance sheet statements.

Enter deposits, payments, payables, and receivables.

Enter credit card transactions.
