Book-Keeper

We are an Autotransfusion company looking for a Bookkeeper with medical office experience to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures and to potentially provide clinical support occasionally.

Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety.

Responsibilities may include courteously answering phones, greeting visitors, receiving mail and packages, maintaining office supplies, scheduling clinical cases, providing general administrative support to our employees, managing inventory, product sourcing and procurement, billing, and collections.

Previous experience as a medical office manager or office administrator would be an advantage.

A successful candidate should also have experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets and databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties.

Responsibilities: Maintenance Book Keeping Invoicing Shipping and receiving Mailing Supplies Equipment Bills Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment Ensure that all items are invoiced and payment is received on time Clinical coverage (will train) Requirements: Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook, in particular) Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary in a medical setting will be a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00
