Boeing Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) has an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Talent Acquisition Process Specialist.

This is a great opportunity for a self-starter that knows recruiting and is able to dive deep into our processes to ensure we are streamlined, compliant and able to hire the best talent quickly.

The specialist is responsible for providing advice, guidance and training on our Global Talent Acquisition processes.

This role will focus on best-in-class user and candidate experience and developing a world class recruitment process.

The selected individual should be an agent of change and be comfortable using technical skills to drive process changes.

Position Responsibilities: Recognize how GTA’s processes function within and outside of Workday and help us remain compliant Deliver a metrics centric approach to process and adoption of improvements throughout the organization Drive organizational strategies and capabilities across multiple projects, differing in size and complexity Recommend and adopt industry best practices relevant to attracting and hiring key talent into the company Proactively identify opportunities for efficiencies and modernization in the talent acquisition lifecycle, focusing on how those efficiencies can be achieved Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with stakeholders, peers, and business partners Participate in the development and design of multiple recruiting business process and sub processes Consult and engage with compliance teams, and other regulatory entities, implementing their advice and counsel to ensure that the Company is compliant and competitive Identify areas of risk in GTA processes, then assist in identification of mitigation methods Create and execute testing schedules, test scenarios & scripts, and write documentation Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders within and outside of GTA Identify business requirements, stakeholder impact, and assist in prioritizing business change requests Develop and maintain partnerships and a working network with stakeholders, peers, partners and teams they are leading This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and does not require applicants to live in Seattle, Washington.

BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition processes 3+ years of experience using Workday or another Applicant Tracking System (ATS) 1+ years of experience defining process flows, process diagrams, and process documentation 1+ years of experience developing and implementing process improvements Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 3+ years of experience in Human Resources experience 1+ years of experience with Workday Agile methodology experience Experience with governance and global compliance Typical Education & Experience: Typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience.

Advanced degree (e.G.

Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
