The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Technical Workplace Coach (Electrical) in one of the following locations: Everett, Washington, Ridley Park, Pennsylvania, Seal Beach, California, and North Charleston, South Carolina.

As an Electrical Technical Workplace Coach, you will apply your skills and knowledge in providing technical support and learning solutions to the electrical engineering employees throughout the enterprise in support of Digital Transformation.

This statement of work also involves enabling end users to understand their learning needs, helping them to define requirements and deploy appropriate learning solutions for effective knowledge transfer.

You will be part of our highly skilled and diverse team effectively working together to provide point of need solutions to the electrical end user community.

Position Responsibilities:This is a workplace coaching role.

Your duties will include (but are not limited to):Representing Technical Workplace Coaching to the engineering communityDefining, developing and delivering appropriate informal learning solutions based on identified performance gapsUnderstanding Electrical wire harness design and installation knowledge and how systems interactProviding appropriate level of technical performance support to increase skills and knowledge of users within the Engineering communityMaintaining a high level of expertise that supports the current roles, tools and processes You will be expected to coordinate and collaborate with key stakeholders and partners by:Providing business specific technical subject matter support to the learning design development teams and training suppliersProviding technical consultation to enterprise engineering process and tools teamsPartnering with learning or support organizations to provide quality and timely support solutions to the engineering communityHelping user community to develop informal learning solutionsBeing an advocate for the user community to Learning & Development organization Accuracy and quality are key.

You will be expected to:Proactively solicit and evaluate feedback from partners and stakeholdersPerform analysis on learning solution effectiveness and provide improvement recommendationsYou will work under general direction The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R.

§ 120.15 is required.

US Person includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

This position allows telecommuting.

The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The requirement will be a combination of on-site and remote work.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):6+ years of experience with wire harness, electrical and/or mechanical designExperience with Mentor Graphics Capital toolExperience with Model Based Engineering tools such as 3DX or CATIA3+ years of experience coaching or teaching others towards improved performance or meeting developmental objectives Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Bachelor Degree or higher5+ years of experience with any of the following production systems: WIRS, CADDS, MAPPER, CEEDS Typical Education/Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.G.

Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.G.

Master+8 years’ related work experience, 14 years’ related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
