Position Responsibilities:Dev Ex Program Deployment: Develop integrated enterprise-wide artifacts for program consumption and support Business Unit engagement with specific programs to deploy DevEx.Collaborate with BDS and BGS to develop a standard management volume template describing Dev Ex product development and program management benefits.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.

The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R.§120.15 is required.

US Person includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or other technical degree.5+ years of experience in engineering related field (ie.

Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry).5+ years of experience in executing Systems Engineering processes at the project or program level.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Program development experience.Experience with the concepts of Model Based Engineering, Digital Thread, and Digital System Modeling.Proficiency in using UML to describe architecture models, with tools like CAMEO or other modeling softwareExperience in proposal developmentFamiliarity with Agile or SAFe practices, including daily standup, User Stories, Sprints, and Release Planning.

Typical Education/Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.G.

Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.G.

PhD+4 years’ related work experience, Master+7 years’ related work experience).

In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
