Find your future with us Position Boeing Defense Space & Security is seeking an Experienced Electrical Systems Design and Analysis Engineer (level 3).

As part of Boeing’s Space Electronics division, you will oversee and lead the team of engineers through design, analysis, manufacture, integration and testing of electronics for satellite programs.

This position is located in El Segundo, CA.

Primary Responsibilities: * Lead the project team of engineers in the development of state-of-the art power and analog electronics for space-based applications.

* Duties will include requirements and interface definition, modeling and analysis, performance metrics and requirement verification.

* Perform project support for production and test of space-qualified electronics.

* Analyze customer and system requirements to interface with basic architectural approaches and detailed specifications for various electronic products.

* Validate designs through various methods of review, testing and analysis with emphasis across Power, Analog & Digital Circuit Design.* Identify, track, and status technical performance measures to measure progress and ensure compliance with requirements.

* Provide engineering support throughout the lifecycle of the product.

* Mentor less experienced engineers in your areas of expertise.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a ” US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R.

§ 120.15 is required.

” US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience ): * 5 or more years of engineering experience * Experienced with mentoring, coaching, guiding, and leading teams of junior and peer engineers * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): * Discrete Power electronics, control system design and theory * Circuit design and analysis with focus on power supply, analog, or digital design * Electronics test methodology Typical Education & Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.G.

Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.G.

PhD, Master+3 years’ related work experience).

In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Relocation: This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Basic relocation is available for internal candidates.
