EXPECTATIONS:
Utilize connections, facilitate deals, coordinate deal flows, advise on finance and matching, lend experience in capital markets and advising, and focus on mutual and investor relationships.
Executives must be responsive to emails and other written communications. General communication would be a phone call every couple weeks, but could be more or less depending on what projects are currently in motion. Executives will of course be compensated well for their time and expertise.
OPPORTUNITY:
Looking for 1-5 board members with at least 5-7 years of investment experience.
Experience in entrepreneurial companies will be a plus. Comfortable investing in companies and has expertise and experience working and collaborating with companies from medical or technology industries.
COMPENSATION:
Depends on the executive and what they want! Compensation is flexible.
Job Requirements:
This will be a remote position that includes quarterly meetings, plus a minimum of one hour per month for calls/emails to help with various projects. Looking for a strong background and overall experience in growing and adding expertise to a company.
