The company is looking to add three (3) Advisors to fill their available compensated board positions.

The Opportunity:
The company is looking for executives with experience in employee engagement, HR, employee reward training, and employee satisfaction. An executive that understands the needs of a customer, such as a senior HR executive would be preferred.
The board will meet consistently to start and establish a schedule moving forward. All candidates are welcome to apply, both local and remote. The compensation for this role will be both monetary and equity. The company is looking to bring on these advisors ASAP, so please apply with urgency.
Job Requirements:
This will be a remote position that includes quarterly meetings, plus a minimum of one hour per month for calls/emails to help with various projects. Looking for a strong background and overall experience in growing and adding expertise to a company.
