Boardsi has been retained to conduct a board of directors and board of advisors search for a software product development company. We are looking for executives with backgrounds across all industries for a fresh set of eyes. If you are, but not limited to an Executive, VP, Director, CEO, CFO, or CMO we would like to speak with you. If you have a background in Finance, FinTech, Tech, Banking, HedgeFund, Blockchain, Data, Digital Finance, Financial Services, Analytics, AI, or Operations we want to speak with you.
We offer simple escapes to tiny cabins nestled in nature.
We created our company to give people time, space, and permission to be off. Our tiny cabins in nature provide a break from the city, technology, and work, so that guests can recharge and reconnect to who and what matters most.
Outposts are located within about a two-hour drive of major metro cities—far enough to disconnect but close enough for a spontaneous escape. Our company currently operates 12 outposts outside New York, Boston and Washington, DC, Pittsburgh and Cleveland, Los Angeles, Houston, Austin, Dallas, Charlotte, Atlanta and Portland.

Board members for a Board of Directors Opportunity:
Seeking executives from Hospitality/Outdorsy industries and companies. Important skills: Leadership, Strategic Planning, Finance, Start-ups, M&A, Forecasting, Strategy, Marketing Strategy, Financial Modeling, Business Strategy, Business Development.
We’re a consumer brand, we want to make sure our board reflects that.
Expectations: Monthly calls, quarterly meetings
Compensation: Equity
Job Requirements:
This will be a remote position that includes quarterly meetings, plus a minimum of one hour per month for calls/emails to help with various projects. Looking for a strong background and overall experience in growing and adding expertise to a company.
