Be a part of a team who work in a store environment while exclusively connecting with customers who are shopping online.As an In-store Digital Selling Expert at Bloomingdale’s, your primary objective is to respond to customer’s requests to chat while they are browsing on Bloomingdales.Com Your goal is to serve as a Bloomingdale’s merchandise & service expert, helpingcustomers identify their personal style needs, answering general questions, and ultimately guiding their purchasing decisions while online.

Through various technology applications, you will reconnect with those customers and continue to offer your service and inspire additional shopping opportunities.
