Our client, a leader in Industrial Controls is seeking a BIM Modeler to join their team. As a BIM Modeler, you will be part of the design and development process supporting the team on their Intel partnership contracts. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, an eye for details, and an affinity for providing technical solutions which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: BIM Modeler
Location: Rio Rancho, NM
Pay: $28 – $32+/ hour
Key Responsibilities
- Develop models of components from ideas into prototypes
- Develop the sequencing and assembly steps
- Create and support inventory controls, pricing, and estimations
- Facilitate exchange of information with fabricators, then conduct QC/ QA reviews and inspections
- Collaborate across highly technical project teams
Requirements
- 2-5 years’ experience in the AEC industry (or relevant) with a focus on production modeling/ detailing using 3D modeling.
- Advanced knowledge and proficiency using Revit and working knowledge of Navisworks
- Strong verbal, written and communication skills specific to electronics
- Experience routing conduit.
- Understanding of building controls systems, HPM, LSS and fire alarm systems.
