Jolt Delivery, a premier food delivery company in West Los Angeles, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented billing specialist to join our team.
The billing specialist will handle the growing billing and collections operations, along with other company administrative functions as needed.
This candidate will receive accounting training from the supervisor as necessary, and the supervisor will develop the individual to achieve his or her full potential.

Responsibilities:
Generate invoices for our customers
Reconcile credit card, ACH and check payments to invoices
Proactively keep track of all accounts for our customers
Assist in collections and communicate with customers via email or phone
Juggle various administrative and billing related tasks including data entry and spreadsheet preparation
Ability to independently identify and research billing inquiries and resolve them efficiently
Provide accounting and general administrative support as needed
Anticipate and troubleshoot potential problems before they arise
Minimum Requirements:
Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Excellent follow-through and multi-tasking skills
Bookkeeping experience (e.g., QuickBooks online or Enterprise) is a plus
Strong passion, detail-orientation and good judgment
A good sense of humor is a plus
